ROBERTA CESCHINI

Founding Partner
Lawyer
Consuel at the Supreme Court and High Courts

Having graduated with a degree in Law at “La Sapienza” University in 1988 with honors, and having been admitted to the Bar in 1992, I gained my professional experience in the international arena, and was co-founder and partner for over twenty years at Law Firm Sinisi Ceschini Mancini and Partners.

Since then I have continued to carry out my activities in the international arena, and have became a member of the International Academy of Family Lawyers, of the International Bar Association, of Reunite, and the National Council for Abducted Children, concentrating my legal activities in those specific areas.

In 2012 I co-founded the law firm Ceschini & Restignoli, in order to create a new professional reality of broad international scope, which carries out its activities mainly in the areas of international law, international kidnapping, family law and minors, labour work, personal injury and accident, and finally civil law.
